FND Tracker is a private symptom diary for people living with Functional Neurological Disorder, built for days when logging anything at all feels like too much. Open the app and see a today-at-a-glance screen with your overall symptom load and a rolling seven-day trend. No scrolling through menus, no setup required each morning. Logging is a calm, simple checklist. Twenty-three common FND symptoms are organised into five groups - movement and balance, episodes, thinking, speech and swallowing, sensory changes, and pain, energy and sleep - so you can find what you need even on a foggy day. Tick what you are experiencing and give each symptom its own score from 1 to 10, so a bad tremor and a mild headache never have to share one number. Your overall severity for the entry is simply your highest score. Log your vitals too. Record heart rate and blood pressure on their own, separate from your symptoms, so readings never add to your daily symptom load. They appear on your Today screen and day details, and can be included in your reports. Good days count too. If nothing is wrong, record a clear day, and it shows in your calendar and your exported reports, so a day with no symptoms never looks the same as a day you simply did not log. Hospital stays matter. Record an admission with its length, reason and severity, kept with the day it began. Missed work days are tracked separately with duration, reason and severity, all viewable in a month calendar you can switch between symptom and missed work views. Together this gives you a clear, dated record of how FND has affected your life and your ability to work. Keep doctor's letters where you can actually find them. Import PDFs from Files or photos of letters into a built-in viewer, so every appointment, diagnosis note and referral lives in one place alongside your symptom history. When it is time for a neurology appointment or a conversation with an employer, export a clinical, paginated PDF or CSV for any date range, with the sections you choose - including hospital stays and vitals. Turn weeks of lived experience into something clear, organised and easy for someone else to review. Everything is protected with optional Face ID, Touch ID or passcode lock that re-arms whenever the app goes to the background. There is no account to create, no server, and no analytics. Your records never leave your device unless you choose to export them. FND Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, monitor or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for medical care. It simply helps you keep an honest, private record of what you are living with, so you have something solid to bring to the people who need to understand it. Download FND Tracker and start building a record that reflects what your days are actually like.

About

Peptide Tracker

Vialkeep is a peptide tracker and reconstitution calculator for iPhone. It does the syringe math on the numbers you enter and keeps the record. It ships with no dosing database, no presets and no suggested amounts. Every figure in the app is a figure you typed. Built for people running peptide, GLP-1 or TRT protocols who want the arithmetic checked and the log kept, without an app telling them what to take. WHAT IT DOES Reconstitution calculator. Enter vial strength, diluent volume, your target dose and your syringe. Vialkeep returns the units to draw and the volume in mL, and marks the fill point on a drawing of the syringe you selected, U-100 or U-40. The working is written out so you can check it against your own arithmetic. Nothing is rounded silently and no unit is converted on your behalf. Today. A timeline of every dose due, solid through what has happened and dashed through what is ahead. Shows what is still on board, how many doses remain in the vial, and how many days that is. Calendar. A month grid with a mark on every dose. Tap any day to log retroactively, which matters if you tracked on paper for a week. Filter by peptide. Export the entire record as a CSV file. Vials. Every vial you have mixed, with its concentration and a countdown to the expiry date you set yourself. Schedules and reminders. Set a cadence and get a local notification on your device. Injection site rotation. Record where each dose went and see what you have been using. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No dosing database. No peptide arrives with a suggested amount attached. No AI advisor and no chat. No recommendations of any kind. It performs arithmetic on numbers you supply. No account, no login, no email address, no advertising. No dose, peptide name or injection site is ever sent to us. Those records stay on your device and are not transmitted to any server Cloud Motion Lab operates. WHO IT IS FOR People tracking research peptides such as BPC-157 or CJC-1295, people on GLP-1 medication who want their own record rather than a clinic's, and people on TRT who reconstitute their own vials. If you want an app that suggests what to take or how much, Vialkeep is the wrong app and says so. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER Vialkeep is not medical advice, not a medical device and not a substitute for a licensed clinician. It calculates only what you enter, so a wrong number in produces a wrong answer out. Always verify any calculation independently before acting on it. Decisions about what to take and how much belong to you and a qualified healthcare professional. Many substances people track are prescription-only or restricted where you live, and determining what is lawful and appropriate for you is your responsibility. The calculator is free. Dose and vial tracking is a one-time purchase. Age 18+. Terms of Use: https://cmlapps.github.io/vialkeep/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://cmlapps.github.io/vialkeep/privacy.html
