A breathing exercise for every moment, and a way to get to the right one. Luftkraft Breath does not expect you to know which technique you need. Pick a moment — calm, sleep, focus, energy, pressure, movement — and it shows you what fits. Each exercise carries one line on what it is, and one on the safety that matters for it. A session is a single screen: a pacer that breathes with you, the seconds left in the current phase, and nothing else moving. It runs on iPhone and Apple Watch. WHAT IS INSIDE - 19 paced exercises, from 4-7-8 and box breathing to coherent breathing at about six breaths a minute - Short tutorials for the skills they are built from — long exhale, gentle pause, humming exhale, nose breathing - Two to ten minutes, your choice each time - Dark by design, for the hours people actually breathe - One free exercise; a single purchase opens the rest, on both devices SAFETY Educational guidance only, not medical advice. Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. If you have heart or lung conditions, are pregnant, or breath holds trigger panic, skip the holds and ask a clinician. Never practise breath holds in or near water.
