Aligner Diary is a private personal tracker designed to make clear-aligner routines easier to follow and treatment progress easier to review. WEAR TIME AT A GLANCE Record when your aligners go in or come out. The app totals today’s wear and time-out periods and shows how much time remains within your daily goal. CLEAR TRAY-CYCLE PLANNING Set your current tray, total number of trays and change interval. See your current stage, goal streak and next planned tray change from the Today and Progress screens. PHOTO PROGRESS JOURNAL Add teeth photos from the camera or photo library and revisit them by date, so small changes are easier to notice over time. CHECK-INS AND TRENDS Log soreness, fit, attachment concerns, aligner damage, sharp edges and gum bleeding. Trend views help you organize recent observations and decide what to discuss with your dentist or orthodontist. CALENDAR AND EDITABLE HISTORY Use the calendar to review daily wear, photos and check-ins. Edit or delete entries whenever something was recorded incorrectly. REMINDERS, THEMES AND TWO LANGUAGES Use optional wear and tray-change reminders, choose from multiple interface themes, and switch between Simplified Chinese and English. ALIGNER DIARY PRO Optional Pro access adds dentist-ready PDFs, shareable photo comparison cards, advanced reminders and a device privacy lock. Choose monthly, annual or lifetime access and restore eligible Apple purchases. ACCOUNT, PRIVACY AND LOCAL DATA Core aligner records and teeth photos stay on your device. No registration is required to buy or restore Pro through Apple. An optional account can sync membership entitlement; any account can be permanently deleted in the app. Export, preview and restore local backups at any time. Aligner Diary is for personal tracking only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice or emergency services. Contact a dentist or orthodontist about persistent pain, damaged aligners, poor fit or other health concerns. You Eat. App Track. Weight Drop. Cave Cals is a simple calorie tracker with a little prehistoric personality. Build a daily calorie target in about a minute, log what you ate, and get on with your day. No account signup required. FREE EVERYDAY LOGGING • Search restaurant and branded foods, scan a barcode, or just type calories. Type "pizza 300" to log it in one tap. • Quick Start puts the foods you usually eat at this time of day right on Home. Pin favorites, hide the rest. • Save meals from today's log and add them again with one tap. • Edit calories, portions, and serving sizes anytime. Duplicate or delete with a swipe. • Log with Siri and Shortcuts ("Log food with Cave Cals"), Home Screen widgets, and the Action button. • Mark the day done when you're finished eating. PLAN, MACROS, AND PROGRESS • Build a calorie plan from your age, height, weight, activity, and goal, and see an estimated date to reach it. Or skip the plan and just track. • Track protein, carbs, and fat with optional daily goals. • Log weigh-ins and see weight and calorie trends by week, month, and year. • Weekly Recap compares your week with the last one, and prints a one-page six-week report. APPLE HEALTH AND ICLOUD • Optionally share calories, macros, and weigh-ins with Apple Health. Cave Cals never reads your Health data. • Your diary stays on your iPhone, with private iCloud sync when available. Weight history stays on this device. • An optional morning reminder nudges you only on days nothing is logged yet. OPTIONAL CAVE CALS+ • Meal Scan: snap or choose a food photo and get an editable calorie and macro estimate. • Voice Log: say what you ate and how much, then review the foods before adding them. • Import a recipe or menu item from a public website link as a saved meal. • Siri can estimate foods it hasn't seen you log before. Try up to 10 combined Meal Scan and Voice Log analyses without a subscription, until you have logged 100 regular food entries. After either limit, upgrade to Cave Cals+ to keep scanning. Cave Cals+ includes up to 30 photo, voice, and Siri analyses per day and 300 per calendar month. Manual logging, food search, barcode lookup, saved meals, calorie plans, macros, weight tracking, and Progress remain free. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription. The monthly plan offers a 3-day free trial and the yearly plan a 7-day free trial to eligible new subscribers. Local prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Calorie plans and AI results are estimates. Review and correct each result before saving. Cave Cals is a food diary, not medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or managing an eating disorder or medical nutrition needs, use a target from your clinician. Selected photos, recordings, and descriptions are sent to OpenAI only when you choose to analyze them. Your full diary is not sent for AI identification.
