Move first. Scroll later. Runner Lock turns app blocking into a reason to move. At the time you choose, it blocks the distracting apps you selected. Complete your workout or reach your saved destination, check it in Runner Lock, and your apps stay unlocked until the next Daily Lock. Runner Lock requires an active Runner Lock Premium subscription after the 3-day free trial to configure and use Daily Lock, including app blocking, scheduling, workout or destination verification, progress history, and workout Stamps. Subscription options and localized prices are shown in the app before purchase. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps or categories that distract you. 2. Set the days and time for your Daily Lock. 3. Choose Workout or Destination as your unlock rule. 4. Complete your rule and check it in Runner Lock. 5. Use your apps normally until the next Daily Lock. UNLOCK WITH A WORKOUT Runner Lock checks workouts already recorded in Apple Health. A walk, run, bike ride, strength session, or other supported workout can count when it meets the minimum duration you set. Keep using the Apple Watch or workout app you already use. Workouts added manually to Apple Health do not count toward unlocking. UNLOCK AT A DESTINATION Save a place you want to reach, such as your gym, park, or track. When you arrive, tap Check Location. Runner Lock checks your current location once to confirm that you are there. It does not continuously track your route. CREATE AND SHARE WORKOUT STAMPS Turn a recent Apple Health workout into a photo or video Stamp. Add the workout route, distance, duration, and date using Full, Route, or Stats layouts. Choose square or portrait format, and trim videos to a clip of up to 20 seconds with original audio. Route access is optional; workouts without route data can still use the Stats layout. Save the result to Photos or keep photo Stamps in your local gallery. RUNNER LOCK PREMIUM FEATURES β SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED β’ Block selected apps and categories with Appleβs Screen Time controls β’ Schedule Daily Lock for the days and time that fit your routine β’ Verify completed workouts through Apple Health β’ Set your own minimum workout duration β’ Unlock by reaching a saved destination β’ View todayβs status and recent progress β’ Use Emergency unlock when you need your apps for the rest of today β’ Create photo and video workout Stamps with route and stats overlays BUILT WITH PRIVACY IN MIND Workout, workout-route, Screen Time, and location data are processed on your device. Runner Lock checks your current location only when you ask for destination verification. Workout routes are read from Apple Health only for the Stamp feature and remain on your device. Selected media and generated Stamps are not uploaded by Runner Lock. There are no user accounts, third-party ads, or cross-app tracking. Runner Lock is a habit tool and does not provide medical advice or decide whether exercise is safe for you. On days when you need a break, Emergency unlock keeps your apps available until the next Daily Lock. Screen Time permission is required to block selected apps. Workout verification and workout Stamps require Apple Health permission. Destination verification requires Location Services. Saving Stamps requires Photos permission. Runner Lock Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. The trial period, billing period, and localized price are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Tinnitus is usually one pitch. Auralmonic Tinnitus Relief finds yours, then plays broadband noise with exactly that frequency carved out of it. HOW IT WORKS Start with the pitch match: slide a quiet tone until it sits on top of your ringing, confirm it against its octave neighbours, and you are done β about a minute. From then on every notched program centres its filter on your own frequency. Re-match any time; the notch follows. THE PROGRAMS β’ Notched β an hour of pink noise with your pitch carved out, the shape used in notched sound therapy research β’ Masker β broadband pink noise that simply covers the ringing, for the nights the notch is not enough β’ Sleep β notched brown noise under a staged glide into deep sleep β’ Plus sleep programs for the 3 a.m. wake-up: a full sleep cycle, a long descent, and a short nap HEARING CHECK A quick, relative check of your own hearing: how high you can still hear in each ear, band by band ear against ear, and your ringing's loudness, masking level and residual quiet. It compares you with your own first run, never a population norm, and it can point the notch. It is a screening, not a medical test. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT β’ The notch is real DSP, tuned to you β two cascaded filters, over 25 dB down at your pitch, recomputed at your device's actual output rate β’ The level does not jump when the notch engages β’ Every sound is generated on your device β no streaming, no downloads, works fully offline in airplane mode β’ No account, no sign-up, nothing about your pitch ever leaves the phone β’ Sleep timer with a gentle fade, background playback, lock-screen controls β’ Pink, brown, rain and ocean beds, notched or plain β’ A Science & Sources screen with the actual studies β and their limits WHAT TO EXPECT Sound therapy is support, not a fix. Notched noise can make ringing less noticeable while you listen, and masking can leave a short quiet afterwards. The research is promising and modest: a Cochrane review found low-quality evidence overall. Many people find relief; nobody should expect a cure. If your ringing is new, one-sided, or comes with hearing loss, see an audiologist. Auralmonic Tinnitus Relief is designed for relaxation and sound-therapy support. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. SUBSCRIPTION AND LEGAL Tinnitus Relief PRO is optional. Monthly: $3.99 with a 7-day free trial. Lifetime: $19.99, one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings.
