A new abyss every run. How deep can you take your submarine? Torpedoes fire themselves. Your job is to dodge, collect and choose. Pick one of three mods at every level-up and build a different submarine each time. Die and you start over, but the souls you gathered stay and carry the next dive a little further. HOW IT PLAYS One finger steers the submarine. The deeper you go, the meaner the sea and the richer the haul. A zone guardian waits every 1,500 m, and below it is deeper water still. A run is short: one on the train, one before bed. Back at the base, though, the work piles up - pull ships, rebuild the hangar, open skills, level torpedoes. WHAT YOU COLLECT - Ships: different grades and roles (Striker, Guardian, Medic, Commander, Mechanic). The ship decides the role, and each ship keeps its own hangar. - Hangar: it is a block puzzle. Fit oddly shaped gear into the grid, and matching pieces light up set bonuses. Save a layout to one of three presets and swap it in a single tap. - Torpedoes: equip tubes from ten types. Enhance and ascend them for stars and levels; from 3 stars, rare and higher torpedoes gain specials like pierce, split or a black hole. - Fleet: escort subs, minelayers and snipers. Deploy them and they dive with you, taking hits in your place. - Skills: a permanent tree opened with souls. A branch unlocks only when its parent is maxed, and until then you cannot even see what is there. COMPETE - Boss Rush: a separate mode where 55 bosses come in order with no healing between them. Difficulty does not apply, so every captain is on equal footing, and you are ranked by the stage you cleared and how long it took. 15 gear pieces drop only here. - Depth leaderboard: tracked separately per difficulty and role. Put a country flag beside your captain name. - Guilds: raid bosses with your guildmates; guild skills apply to everyone. - Referrals: enter a friend's code and you both get rewards. NEW EVERY MONTH - Seasons: a new season starts on the 1st of every month, and the depth and Boss Rush rankings start over. - Captain Pass: earn pass XP from daily tasks and unlock season rewards. - Missions: daily, weekly and monthly missions pay out the moment you finish them. - Level Pass: rewards unlock as your player level rises. - Hell difficulty: past Hard lies an endless series of Hell stages. GOOD FIT IF YOU LIKE - A shooter you can play one-handed in short sessions - Roguelikes where every run builds differently - Digging into gear layouts and set combinations - Competing on a clean, time-based leaderboard An internet connection is required. Progress is stored on your account - continue on any device with Google or Apple sign-in.

About

Dankal

Features

One cut and you die. So does almost everyone else. Dankal is a top-down sword game set in Joseon Korea. There is no health bar. Your enemies mostly have none either. A single stroke settles it. EVERY STRIKE IS ANNOUNCED A red arc appears before a blade falls. It is always there, and it is always long enough to react to. If you were hit, you were not unlucky. You were late. SIXTY BOUTS The ground, the enemies, the order they arrive โ€” every bout is placed by hand. Nothing is rolled at random. Your record and mine are set on the same board. SIX WAYS TO DIE Grunts, swordsmen, spearmen, archers, arc-shooters. And the armored, who do not fall to one cut. Armor can be strapped onto any of them. CUT THEM TOGETHER Herd them into a line and take them in a single swing. Strike from behind for a higher score. Points reward nerve, not patience. BLOODBATH No bouts. No end. They pour in until you fall. WHERE DO YOU RANK Every run is measured against the world. No account, no sign-in, no name to type. The ranking is there from your first death. Two thumbs. Move and cut. Sixteen languages. Plays offline. EARN COINS, AIM HIGHER Defeat enemies to earn coins. Choose a dagger, dual blades, great blade, spear, crescent blade or bow in the armory. Upgrade each weapon up to 3 levels and buy slash effects. Aim for a personal best and a higher world rank. Training does not award coins. SIX WEAPONS, SIX SKILLS Hold the attack button to unleash your equipped weaponโ€™s skill: a swift dash, flying cross slash, spinning slash, piercing spear throw, sweeping crescent slash or charged piercing arrow. Skills have an 8-second cooldown. A narrow dodge resets it immediately. Armored enemies still require multiple hits, even from skills.
