Get a Grip runs your daily finger training. Build your routine once and it greets you every time you open the app, one tap from pulling. The app connects to your Bluetooth force gauge, tares it, counts you in, and times every hold from what your fingers actually do. Chalk up or shake out mid-set and the clock stops with you: it only runs while you hold your target load. Works with the Tindeq Progressor and the Frez Dyno, with experimental support for several other BLE gauges and crane scales. Left the gauge at home? Every routine also runs as a plain timer. There is no exercise library to curate. A grip is just an edge depth, which fingers, and a position, written straight on the set. Prescribe 25% of max once and every grip resolves to its own target load, per hand, from the maxes you have measured. Choose pounds or kilograms in Settings. The rest countdown starts when you actually let go of the edge, and if the next set is on a different grip, the rest screen says so before you get there. Benchmarks keeps each grip's max and critical force together. The critical force test is 24 all-out pulls in four minutes and finds the load each hand can sustain. A Live Activity keeps the countdown and the target on your Lock Screen for the whole session. Every rep is recorded. A day of climbing at the gym counts as training too, because it is. No account, no analytics, no ads. Your data stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, nowhere else. The whole app works in English and French. Get a Grip is an independent app, not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Tindeq or any other gauge maker.

TreadCal helps you understand your incline-treadmill and walking-pad workouts. Enter your treadmill’s speed and incline—or measure its stopped deck with your iPhone—then start your workout on Apple Watch. TreadCal combines your weight, grade, speed, optional weighted vest, and rail use to estimate active calories. MAKE EVERY CLIMB COUNT • Incline-aware active-calorie estimates • Vertical climb and approximate treadmill distance • Live heart rate and heart-rate zones on Apple Watch • Time spent in each heart-rate zone • Weighted-vest calorie contribution included in your total • Workout receipts with steps, duration, and workout settings • A shareable climb card for every workout; the artwork grows with the climb MEASURE YOUR TREADMILL Use two-position iPhone calibration to map your treadmill’s console setting to measured percent grade. Calibrate only while the belt is stopped. YOUR WORKOUT IS YOURS Apple Watch workouts require permission to write Workouts and Active Energy to Apple Health. Other Health read permissions and Motion permission are optional. TreadCal keeps your profile, calibration, and workout history on your devices. No account, ads, or analytics. TRY THREE WORKOUTS Your first three completed workouts are included. Unlock unlimited workouts with a single TreadCal Pro purchase. No subscription. TreadCal is an exercise estimator, not a medical device. Calories and heart-rate zones are estimates; distance depends on the speed you enter. Never place your iPhone on a moving treadmill belt. Heart-rate zone features require watchOS 27 and appropriate permissions.
