What's New in Get a Grip

1.1.1

September 20, 2026

• The live gauge is one tap from Today, and it now looks like the session screen: the trace fills the display, the numbers sit on one glass panel, the actions on one dock. • History adds an all-time card: sessions, pulls, time under tension, volume, days trained, your heaviest pull. • A session that runs past midnight counts for the evening it belonged to. Your training day now turns at 4 am. • Deleting a routine also deletes its sessions, and Undo brings both back. • Settings opens on the gauge picker, so choosing among the gauges the app works with is the first thing you see.
