Limit is the app for climbers who train with a coach. Your coach builds the program. You open the app and do the work. Every session your coach assigns shows up on your home screen, in order, with exactly what to do: the climbs, the hangs, the sets, the targets. No spreadsheets, no screenshots of a Google Doc, no guessing what Tuesday means. LOG IT WHERE IT HAPPENS Log grades, attempts, and sends between burns, not from memory two hours later. Hangboard work captures grip position, load, and duration. Strength work captures sets and RPE, and notes capture anything else your coach should know about your session. SEE IT PAY OFF Your grade pyramid, flash rate, max hangs, and strength numbers, plotted over weeks and months. See your progress in real-time with real data. TALK TO YOUR COACH Message your coach directly in the app. Send photos and video clips of attempts. All communication in one easy to access place. THE PLAN, VISIBLE See the whole training cycle: what this week holds, what the next block looks like, and how today fits into it. WORKS AT THE CRAG No signal at the boulders? Limit stores everything on your phone and syncs when you are back on the grid. A dead zone never loses a session. NO NOISE No ads, no feed, no streaks to fake. Just your training, in order. Limit is for athletes whose coach runs their coaching on Limit. The app is free for athletes; your coach sends the invite. If you are a coach, find us at limit.coach.

About

EternaClimb

Features

EternaClimb is the companion app for climbers already training on an EternaClimb plan. It turns that plan into a week you can follow: today's session, every set, and a record of what you actually did. TODAY The session scheduled for today, with every exercise, set and rep already decided. No standing in the gym wondering what to train. YOUR WEEK The full training week, session by session. Mark a session complete as you finish it, and log individual sets while you rest. A TIMER THAT KNOWS THE SESSION Timed exercises run in the app, so you are not juggling a stopwatch between attempts. VOICE DIARY Say how the session went and it becomes text in that week's log. Your coach reads it before shaping the next block. PROGRESS Completed sessions, body measurements and climbing grades over time, so you can see whether the last eight weeks actually moved anything. REMINDERS A quiet nudge when a session slips, and nothing when it does not. HOW THE PROGRAM IS BUILT A quiz finds the weakest link in your climbing right now, and the program is built around that rather than around a template. Technique, strength, endurance, recovery and the head game are treated as one system instead of separate hobbies. Every program is reviewed by a real climbing coach before you see it, and adjusted to your level, your gear, your schedule and your injury history. It runs in cycles, and each one is shaped by what you actually did in the last. Nothing resets to week one. NOT A LIBRARY OF SESSIONS You are not handed a catalogue and asked to choose. You are handed a plan, and it tells you what to do today.
