The latest reading, where it sits in your usual range, the last six hours against your baseline, today against yesterday, and this week against last - with the day's shape drawn hour by hour beside your heart rate. TRENDS THAT SPEAK Seven, thirty, and ninety days of daily medians, your baseline drawn through them, and short written observations - mornings versus evenings, easier weeks and heavier ones - so you're never left to interpret a chart alone. GENTLE NOTIFICATIONS, OFF BY DEFAULT If you'd like, Moment can tap you on the shoulder: a note when a new reading arrives, a note when one lands unusually high or low against your own range, and a morning summary of yesterday at a time you choose. Alerts appear on your Apple Watch whenever your iPhone is locked.
