FeelGood: Movement Menu is a dopamine menu based companion app. Whether you have a busy mind, a busy schedule, or simply cannot plan workouts, this app is for you. FeelGood is here to support you, with sessions tailored to your life and mood. Borrowed from the dopamine menu, an idea popular in ADHD communities. Instead of a to-do list that asks you to decide everything, you get a short menu of pre-chosen options at different effort levels. Follows a familiar meal structure: an Appetizer for a small start, a Main, optional Sides, and a Dessert for movement you enjoy. Rest is a valid choice too. Every recommendation comes with a plain-language reason, so you're never wondering why something was picked. Open it and tell it how you want to feel today, and how long you've got. Anything to go easy on, or where you are, is there if you want it and skippable if you don't. Get today's menu: one main thing, a couple of small things, and a two-minute option for the days that are a lot. After each session, the app asks how it felt. The menu, every day: • Appetizer: a two-minute option, always there, never optional-feeling • Main: one real session. ex. Pilates, qigong, strength, a walk, a run, a ride • Sides: five minutes that pairs with what you're already doing • Dessert: purely for the joy of it, and it counts just as much • Specials: the ones worth planning for, surfaced ahead of time Over 200 sessions, from two-minute breathing resets to strength, stretching, Pilates, walking, running, dance and more. Every step is narrated, so you can put your phone down and follow along, and breathing sessions pace you with gentle haptics. Mute the voice whenever you like. Make it yours. Swap anything on the menu, hide what you never want to see again, and build your own routines to come back to. Miss two weeks and FeelGood doesn't guilt you. It just gives you something small, not a broken streak to feel bad about. Every recommendation says why, in plain language. The engine that builds your menu runs on your phone. Nothing about your body, your check-ins, or your notes needs to leave it. FeelGood is for anyone who's downloaded and deleted four fitness apps, because each one asked you to become a different person with more free time than you have. Open FeelGood. Let today's menu decide for you. FEELGOOD PRO (OPTIONAL) Today's menu works for free. Pro adds a menu that learns from how each session felt, unlimited Chat, where you describe your day in your own words and get suggestions or a routine built around it, and optional Calendar context, read on your device, to plan around your day. Chat asks your permission before any message leaves your device. Build routines through chat. FeelGood Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Prices, and any free trial you're eligible for, are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. FeelGood offers general wellness and movement suggestions only. It is not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine. About

satisfed

Satisfed is a food tracker built around one idea: instead of counting what to take away, it shows you what your meals already give you, and what could round them out. No calorie counts, no weight, no scores. You only ever add. FEEL SATISFIED, NOT RESTRICTED Every plate is read for its staying power trio: protein, fibre and healthy fats. A simple ring shows what showed up. Fill the ring by adding, never by subtracting. Pizza stays pizza. Cookies stay cookies. SNAP AND TRACK MEALS Tap the camera, take a photo of your plate, and the trio ring fills in for what is already there. Prefer to type? Type it, or pick from your own library of saved plates. Logging takes seconds. EASY ADD-ONS* See what your plate needs and get quick, friendly ideas to round it out: a handful of walnuts, a frozen banana, a spoon of hummus. Tap to add, then log. Your plate, plus a little more. RECIPE MAKER* Tap what is in your kitchen right now and see meal ideas you can actually make tonight. Built around your eating style, whether that is vegetarian, vegan, or anything goes, and around the foods you keep off your table. CRAVING TRANSLATOR* Craving something crunchy? Salty? Sweet? Type it in and get a warm, honest read on what your body might be asking for, using your recent plates and energy check-ins as context. Cravings are not problems. They are information. And because seeing food mid-craving only feeds the craving, the translator talks to you first. HOW IS YOUR ENERGY? A one-tap check-in, four options, no numbers. Over time you see how what you eat and how you feel line up. SEE THE PATTERNS, SKIP THE PRESSURE Progress shows your week at a glance: when hunger tends to land, which builders showed up, and your full plate history. No streaks to break. No red days. An empty day just means the day is wide open. MADE TO FEEL CALM Soft colours, editorial type, and gentle language throughout. No warnings, no alarms, no "over budget". Just a quiet place to notice what is on your plate. Satisfed is for anyone who is tired of diet apps, curious about eating more intuitively, or simply wants to feel fuller and steadier without turning food into maths. *After 1 free try, Recipe maker, easy add-ons and Craving translator require a Satisfed Premium subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and are managed in your Apple ID settings. Suggestions are ideas, not instructions. Always check ingredients yourself, satisfed does not provide any health related advice!
