A boxing round timer that just works. Set your rounds, hit start, train to the bell — even with the screen locked. No account, no ads, nothing tracked. Rounds is a boxing-style interval timer, stripped to what matters: set it, start it, train to the bell. Dial in your round count, round length and rest, then hit Start. A short countdown gives you a moment to get in stance, then a bell rings at the start and end of every round, with a wooden clap ten seconds before each bell — so you always know when to dig in for the finish. The whole screen washes between the work and rest colours, readable from across the gym. FEATURES - Rounds, round length and rest: set your own, or tap a preset like Full Card (12 x 3:00). - Non-Stop mode for continuous rounds with no fixed end. - The bell keeps ringing with your phone locked or in your pocket — the timer runs in the background. - A 5-second "get ready" countdown before the first bell, and a 10-second clap before every bell after that. - Silent Workout mode — vibration only, no bell or clap, for a quiet room or a crowded gym. - Vibration on every cue, so you feel the round change even when it's loud. - Plays over your music, dipping it just for the moment a bell or clap sounds — never for the whole round. - A phone call pauses the workout automatically; resume whenever you're back. - Light and dark, following your system setting. - Large, glanceable countdown and a round tally. PRIVACY No account. No ads. No analytics. Nothing you enter leaves your phone — your last setup is remembered on the device and that's it. Built for boxing, but it works for kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, circuit training, HIIT and Tabata — anything that runs on rounds.

Rounds is an interval timer that doesn't hold features back. Everything is free — unlimited timers, compound timers, the coach voice, music, widgets, Apple Watch and Apple Health. A REAL COACH Liam calls every round, every interval and what's next — 400+ exercises, from burpees to the Pilates hundred — "Round 3 of 8! Work!", "Next up: squats!" — over your music, with the screen locked. BUILD ANY WORKOUT • HIIT, Tabata and circuit builders • Custom timers with repeating groups inside groups • Change every work or rest interval at once • Folders and search — drag timers to rearrange them, or drop one on a folder to file it • Starter workouts: Tabata, HIIT, the 7-Minute Workout, a Pilates mat class, EMOM, boxing rounds and focus sessions IN CONTROL MID-WORKOUT Jump straight to any interval from the list on the workout screen — handy when a class runs long or short. Pause, skip back or skip ahead any time. START WITHOUT OPENING THE APP • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets start a timer in one tap • Siri and Shortcuts: "Start Tabata in Rounds", "Start a 5 minute countdown in Rounds" YOUR MUSIC Works with whatever you're playing — Spotify, Apple Music, podcasts. The music dips while the coach talks, can pause on every rest, and pauses with the workout. Or pick an Apple Music playlist for any timer. ACTIVITY AND STREAKS Every workout lands in your history: your day streak, this week's minutes and a month calendar in your timers' colours. Workouts from your Apple Watch count too. SHARE A TIMER Send any timer as a link or a QR code. Friends open it and add it to Rounds in one tap. WITH THE PHONE IN YOUR POCKET The timer keeps running, beeping and talking with the screen off. The Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show the time left and where you are in the workout. APPLE WATCH Run any timer from your wrist with haptics, Liam's voice and live heart rate. Tap the next interval to skip ahead. APPLE HEALTH Finished workouts are saved to Health with the workout type you choose. ALSO A one-tap countdown for rest between sets, and a stopwatch with laps. No subscription. No ads. No account. Your timers stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
