Train without ads, accounts or paywalls—and without watching the clock. Intervals Aloud speaks every exercise, pace change, rest, countdown and round, so you always know what to do now and what comes next. Keep moving while your music plays, your iPhone is locked or your Apple Watch runs the workout. START FAST Choose a ready-made routine for walk-run, HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, sprints, circuits, stretching, breathing or focus—or build exactly the sequence you need. IMPORT A WORKOUT Turn a public YouTube workout link into an editable timed routine. Online imports use our service and artificial intelligence providers to read the workout. Review the exercises and times before saving. You can also choose a workout photo, screenshot or saved video. These files are read on your iPhone. Import progress shows the current stage and exercise names as they are found. Some sources may need timing choices or may not be readable. SEE EVERY MOVE A 3D coach shows how each exercise is done, with form tips. STAY IN THE FLOW • Natural coaching voices, plus iPhone Voice • Spoken interval names, upcoming cues and round counts • Overall progress and a live plan that always shows your place • Background and Lock Screen coaching over music • Standalone Apple Watch app • Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island • Optional Apple Health workout saving • History, reminders and streaks • Shareable routines with nested rounds and sets Free. No ads. No account required. Core cues are ready offline. New custom names may briefly need an internet connection the first time; once prepared, they’re saved on your device. If preparation isn’t available, iPhone Voice can start immediately.

About

ActiCount

Keep your attention on the movement, not the number. ActiCount uses your camera to count repetitions of a movement you demonstrate, with spoken feedback as you go. A new three-page introduction explains movement tracking, spoken counting, and on-device processing. Demonstrate one complete repetition in front of your camera. ActiCount learns the movement's pose pattern on your device. Review the demonstration, then repeat the movement to count reps with spoken feedback. COUNT YOUR OWN MOVES Start in position, complete the movement, and return to the starting pose. Create a counting template from your own demonstration. REVIEW BEFORE YOU BEGIN Use the thumbnail timeline to adjust the start and end of your demonstration and keep one complete repetition. SEE AND HEAR YOUR COUNT Follow your live count and pose overlay, with sound cues and spoken numbers. Pause for a break, then resume the current set. SAVE A MOVE FOR NEXT TIME Name and save a learned movement on your device. Choose it from your saved actions to start again without a new demonstration. ON-DEVICE RECOGNITION Camera images are processed on your device. They aren't uploaded or saved as video. No ActiCount account is needed; subscriptions use your Apple account. CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE The interface supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Italian, and Indonesian. Follow your system language or choose one in settings. SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS Free to download. If you decline the subscription offer, you can explicitly start a one-time seven-day local experience when available on your device. It requires no subscription or payment confirmation, ends automatically, and does not renew. After that, starting another workout requires a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Eligible users can begin a seven-day free trial after confirming the subscription with Apple. The trial converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled. Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings; restore purchases in the app. Existing local actions and training history remain when access expires. Privacy Policy: https://acticount.getapp.page/privacy.html Terms of Service: https://acticount.getapp.page/terms.html Apple Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ FOR BEST RESULTS Keep your device steady, use good lighting, and keep the body parts involved in your movement visible. Camera angle, occlusion, and movement range affect counting. Recognition uses body pose and isn't suited to movements that depend on finger gestures, equipment operation, or detailed object interactions. Spoken counting depends on available offline system voices; sound cues are used when a suitable voice isn't available.
