The clearest difference is rating: ISBA2Go at 5.0 against OnArrival's 4.5. ISBA2Go also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). OnArrival's advantage is ratings volume (38 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
