Task Cat vs Mochidoro

Make room for a little focus, with cats for company. Task Cat is a cozy focus timer for study, work, and reading. Choose one thing to work on, set your time, and settle into a hand-drawn cat café. A small session is a good place to start. FOCUS AT YOUR PACE • Set a session from 5 to 90 minutes, with pause and resume. • Take a 5-minute break after a completed session, then start another when you are ready. • Choose Study, Work, Reading, or another activity and set a daily time goal. SEE YOUR SMALL STEPS ADD UP • Look back at daily records, weekly and monthly charts, and time by activity. • Follow your progress on a paw-print calendar and see your completed-session streak. • Keep the time you worked, even when you finish a session early. YOUR QUIET CAT COMPANY • Meet three café cats and occasional visitors. • Watch them stretch, groom, play, and find a cozy place to nap. • Get closer with the in-app camera, save favorite moments to your journal, and share a café photo. • Bring cat widgets to your Home Screen. A CAFÉ WITH YOUR OWN LITTLE TOUCHES Use coins for toys, food, treats, beds, and cushions. Shop items are consumable: each play or feeding uses one item. Placing a bed or cushion uses one from your inventory; it stays until you remove or replace it. Moving it costs nothing extra. Removed or replaced furniture does not return to your inventory. You can try furniture before buying it for free. The basic timer, café, and progress tracking are free. Every 240 minutes of completed focus sessions earns 1 coin, with time carried over between sessions. Breaks, paused time, and sessions ended early do not earn coins. Optional in-app purchases add 1, 3, or 8 coins. These are consumable purchases, not subscriptions. Coins do not expire. No account registration or ads. Records, photos, coins, and items are stored on your device. There is no account sync or purchase-history restoration of your coin balance after reinstalling the app or changing devices. Start with one small session. Your café companions are waiting. Focus. Earn a sticker. Fill your jar. Mochidoro is a cute Pomodoro focus timer for study and work, with a glass jar that fills up with the days you showed up. Pick a length (5 to 90 minutes), press start, and your cat doodles a little picture while you concentrate. Every finished session drops a hand-drawn shape into the jar. Reach your daily goal and a cat sticker falls in too. Tilt your phone and the stickers slide. Shake it and they tumble. A year from now, the jar is a year of days you actually sat down for. NO GUILT No streaks to lose. No red warnings. No "you failed". Stop a session early and nothing is taken away. Blank days are just blank. Made for anyone who gets distracted easily and does better with a gentle nudge than a nag. 80+ HAND-DRAWN CATS Coffee cats, box cats, sleepy loaves, a cat with a bouquet. Every goal you reach brings a new one, and milestones at 7, 30, 50, 100, 200 and 365 cats bring special ones. Tap "only cats" to see just your cats in the jar. A JAR YOU CAN PLAY WITH Real physics. Tilt, shake, tap the glass, drag a sticker. Tap any sticker to see the day it was earned and the note you wrote. A PAGE FOR EVERY DAY Your book has a page for each day. Paste your stickers, doodle with coloured pens, and write one line about what you worked on. Share a page as a picture. PAW COINS AND A LITTLE SHOP Earn a paw coin for every 25 minutes of focus, plus one to collect each day. Spend them on extra copies of the stickers you love, for your journal. A CAT TO SIT WITH YOU A bobblehead cat keeps you company on the Today screen. Tap its head and it wobbles. Poke it a few times and it might meow back. ALSO • Tags to see where your focus goes each month • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activity while you focus • Apple Watch: start, pause, see the time left, feel the finish • Monthly and yearly recaps you can share • Soft rain sound while you focus, and optional background music • Dark mode, like a desk lamp at night • Syncs between your devices with iCloud • English, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어 Free to use: the timer, the daily stickers, the jar, the journal, paw coins and the rain sound.
