Pick a stone. Drag back. Let it fly. Skipstone is a one-thumb arcade game about the simple pleasure of skipping a rock across still water. Flat, fast throws skip the most โ a steep one sinks. Tap as the ring closes on each splash to land a Perfect and keep your speed. String them together and the stone just keeps going. CROSS THE FAR SHORE Eight lakes, each with its own water, weather and trouble. Gust zones shove the stone off line. Logs drift where you meant to land. Lily pads launch you, ducks pay out, and sharks are exactly as welcome as they sound. Reach the far shore and the next lake opens. UPGRADE YOUR THROW Twelve upgrades across the thrower, the stone and the lake itself โ arm strength, spin, polish, timing, splash saves and more. Every lake you cross raises the ceiling on all of them. COLLECT STONES AND GEAR Unlock stones that each handle differently, set gems into their sockets, and earn skins that bring a move of their own: dive for a flatter landing, rewind a missed skip, float a little further before the next splash. PLAY A SEASON A thirty-tier Season Trail that fills as you throw, with a free track and a premium one. Daily challenges to chase, and a boost just for showing up. No account. No timers. No waiting to play. Just you, the water, and one more throw.
Skip the Stone

Find a quiet spot, pick a flat stone, and skip it across the water. SWIPE TO THROW Flick across the screen: faster goes further, and a low, flat throw skips best, just like the real thing. TAP ON THE TOUCHDOWN Tap just as the stone kisses the water for a perfect skip. String them together into a streak and watch it fly. A LITTLE HELP ALONG THE WAY Bounce off lily pads, sleepy turtles, drifting logs and friendly seals. Call a breeze to push it along, or let a gull carry it for a while. ACROSS AND BEYOND Skip all the way across and your stone keeps going, tumbling over the land and knocking things over, from garden gnomes and hay bales to tents and treasure chests, then through the fence and on. Bounce off trampolines, steer clear of the mud, and when it stops, kick it on: stop the power meter in the green. ALL THE WAY TO SPACE The long game: past a strong arm come the Sling Shot, the Stone Cannon and the Stone Rocket. Aim, time the launch, and follow your stone up past kites, balloons and the jet stream, all the way to space. EARN RIPPLES, SKIP FURTHER Every skip earns ripples. Spend them on new stones (from a humble River Pebble to the Cursed Doubloon), mod them, strengthen your arm, and reach the far bank. SIXTEEN SPOTS TO DISCOVER Reach each far bank to open the next spot: Meadow Creek's mill pond, the willows of Willow River, snow-capped Pinewood Lake, the open sea at Saltwind Coast, and, for the brave, the stormy Devil's Triangle. All in hand-crafted pixel art. REAL TIME OF DAY The light follows your clock, or pick dawn, day, dusk or night: soft sunrises, golden sunsets, and starry nights with fireflies and crickets. The weather changes through the day, from full sun and passing clouds to gentle rain, morning fog and snow at the lake. MORE TO ENJOY - A dog or a cat keeps you company on the dock (you can pet them), with more pets to adopt - A nature journal of over 100 creatures and curiosities: tap them to take their picture - Legends to hunt, glowing purple when they appear: a werewolf under the full moon, a yeti in the snow, and stranger things - Ninety-three challenges, each with a small permanent bonus - Sixty hats, pet outfits and stone trails to collect, and new people to play as - Thirty gentle songs, and tunes to learn as you skip - Idle mode (with the Full Game): set the phone down and watch it skip on its own - Twelve languages, and adjustable text size - Plays offline. No ads, no accounts, nothing collected Meadow Creek is free to play, with a purse of up to 15,000 ripples. One purchase unlocks Willow River, Pinewood Lake, Saltwind Coast and the Devil's Triangle, plus idle mode, a purse with no limit (the launchers need it), more pets, nine rarer creatures to find, and a thank-you hat, collar and trail.
