Yotemy

"I still have time"... and suddenly it's past the time you should have left. Yotemy is a reminder built to get rid of that "suddenly." It works backward from your calendar events to find the latest time you need to leave to make it on time. Then it simply keeps a countdown in front of you. No mental math, no setting alarms yourself. โ What it does - Works out when to leave from each event's start time and location - Shows the time remaining as a countdown in notifications and on your Home Screen widget - Keeps the countdown up to date even when the app isn't open - Notifications grow more urgent as the time gets closer - Estimates travel time by train, walking, bicycle, or car - Gets more accurate the more you use it, based on how long your trips actually take โ How to use it 1. Connect your calendar (iPhone Calendar or Google Calendar) 2. Add a location to your events 3. That's it. When it's almost time to leave, the countdown tells you. You can also add events right in the app, including by voice. โ By design There is no "just 5 more minutes" snooze. Time doesn't wait. Instead, notifications become more urgent simply as time passes. The big number on screen is not "10:45" but "leave in 12 min." It matches how we actually feel time running out. Green means "time to start getting ready." It's a cue, not a warning. The goal is to help you move calmly, not to rush you. โ Made for people who - Find it hard to estimate time and often cut it close - Decide when to start getting ready by gut feeling - Put events in their calendar but still forget to leave โ Pricing You can use Yotemy for free for up to 5 events with travel per month. For more, Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription ($2.99/month). Premium lets you use up to 100 events with travel per month. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. โ Permissions - Location: Used to detect when you leave, how long your trip takes, and when you arrive. Choosing "Always" lets the countdown keep working while the app is closed. You can still use the countdown and notifications without it. - Calendar: Used to read your events' start times and locations, and to write back events you create or edit in the app. We never use your location for advertising, and we never sell it to third parties. โ Terms and privacy Terms of Use: https://yotemy.com/terms.html End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://yotemy.com/privacy-policy.html

LIFE/CTRL turns everyday actions into reusable parts that you arrange into a daily template called a LIFE. Create separate LIFE templates for workdays, days off, night shifts and any other pattern, then assign them to dates in your calendar. โ Create with CTRL Answer a few questions and CTRL builds a day from wake-up to sleep. You can also type a request to adjust an existing LIFE, create a part, or add TODO items and alarms. โ Build reusable parts Turn brushing your teeth, meals, work, shopping and other activities into timed parts. Choose an icon and colour, then reuse each part across multiple LIFE templates. โ Arrange your day Place parts inside blocks such as WAKE, WORK, HOME and SLEEP. Since wake-up starts the day and sleep ends it, schedules that cross midnight, including night shifts, work naturally. โ Assign LIFE templates to dates Assign a LIFE to a calendar date to create that day. Keep settings that apply every time separate from changes for one specific date. โ Run the day from widgets Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show the current block and its parts. Mark actions complete without opening the app. โ TODO items and alarms Store belongings or steps inside a part as TODO items. Alarms support sound, snooze and vibration-only options. Available in Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Spanish. Free, with no ads or in-app purchases. Your routine data stays on your device and is not sent outside the app. Alarm features require iOS 26 or later.
