Record anything. Get structured notes instantly. All on your device. Talkraft turns your voice into organized, actionable notes — summaries, action items, key decisions, and topic tags — powered by Apple Intelligence. No cloud AI, no accounts, no uploads. Your audio and transcripts never leave your device. WHY TALKRAFT? After a 30-minute meeting you're left with an audio file you'll never replay, or a wall of text you'll never reread. The value isn't the recording — it's the three action items, the two decisions, and the one-paragraph summary buried inside. Talkraft finds them for you, in seconds. WHAT YOU GET • One-tap recording — Start in under a second. Keep recording in the background, watch the live waveform on the Lock Screen, or start from Control Center, the Action Button, or Siri. • Instant on-device transcription — Real-time speech-to-text in 99+ languages, with automatic punctuation and speaker detection. Works fully offline: airplane mode, the car, a conference room with no Wi-Fi. • AI-structured notes — Seconds after you stop, Apple Intelligence extracts a concise summary, action items (with assignees and due dates when mentioned), key decisions, and topic tags. • A library that remembers — Full-text search across every transcript, summary, and tag. Your notes even show up in Spotlight. • Mac menu bar app — Capture with a global keyboard shortcut and review recent notes right from the menu bar. Record on iPhone, review on your Mac — synced privately through iCloud. • Export anywhere — Markdown, PDF, and plain text. Send action items straight to Reminders and dates to Calendar. PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE Talkraft has no server. Transcription and AI run entirely on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. Syncing between your devices uses your private iCloud — and audio only syncs when you choose, per recording. Nobody can read your notes. Not even us. FREE AND PRO Free: 5 recordings per week, basic summaries, 30-day transcript retention, plain-text export. Talkraft Pro — with a 7-day free trial: • Unlimited recordings • Advanced structuring: action items, key decisions, topic tags • iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac • Full Mac menu bar app • Export to Markdown, PDF, Reminders, and Calendar • Notes kept forever Talkraft Pro costs a fraction of what cloud transcription services charge, because there are no per-minute cloud costs to pass on.
