1) Add ability to exclude folders from the Photo section on the iOS App just like on the web
2) MacOS app is terrible! Please improve! Get the cloud mounter app instead (not free).
3) Explore section on the Web app home page should be moved to the application pane on the left side

Save to pCloud doesn’t allow naming files
When using “Save to pCloud”, need ability to set file name. (This IS available via pCloud icon in Share sheet)

The upload videos are lower quality

pCloud does one thing right which is backing up. But need to be polished on UX like logo design and audio list and so

Not all the explanations are clear and maybe in the next version of app the entire thing will be as simple as iCloud to click click done for storage. However the entire package and the costs are very good indeed and I now share some online space with my niece for her college work. With confidence it just works.

Simply the Best
The functionality and privacy combined make this a rock star. Browsing, Composing, playing audio or video, sharing the same. Just a delightful experience. It’s worth paying a lifetime one-time storage amount purchase. If I approach hitting my 2TB ceiling, I’ll be buying more, no hesitation.
What happened??
I have used my lifetime acct w/10TB w/pcloud for a few years now & loved it. However recently I noticed a ton of my files were recently modified (July 23) and I don't know how that would happen. Some are shorter or missing the sound and I am unable to convert back to original files I had uploaded. Please help!

I managed to delete my account, which I never setup myself, and yet I get another email that someone has sent me files. Enough!! Get your act together and stop spamming me!

You are a scam. You trick people into buying from you so you can take everything off of their phone. You can not review anything on here when you come back to see your photos only when you have to much space they show you photos to delete off your phone. You make it sound like a good deal until you check the fine print. I will be deleting my account.

Simple hut so much potential app
Apple iCloud storage problems solved!
I have never left a review before online but had to give this 5 stars as I had been trying to find a solution to paying £8.99 per month to apple and loved the one off lifetime fee for storage with pCloud plus the app makes it incredibly easy to be moving files from your iPhone to pCloud whilst on wifi all day, as this is such a huge job it had previously seemed unmanageable but my problem has been perfectly fixed! 100% would recommend!

The best service for Cloud
This is the best service in my experience. It proves encryption when needed and stable upload speeds
Almost Great
Photo and Music player UI needs to improve a bit, though the app is pretty good. Email integration needs improvement. Your desktop app is far behind unfortunately.
Cannot login on iPhone
The security features are lacking. I cannot login in my iPhone. It doesn’t email the verification code needed to login.

Vraiment un très bon cloud et le paiement à vie au top. Sur l’appli iPhone il y a une fonction pour libérer de l’espace sur le téléphone mais il manque une option « tout désélectionner » pour pouvoir sélectionner seulement quelques photos.
C’est un détail car j’aime bien garder quelques photos sur mon téléphone car la recherche n’est pas toujours simple sur pCloud car ce n’est pas un cloud dédié aux photos.

Strictly a storage app, no facial recognition so not easy to find certain photos if you need
