Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: SwingLab AI at 100% against Blast Baseball's 29%. SwingLab AI also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.1) and ads (none vs shown). Blast Baseball's advantage is ratings volume (323 vs 4) and chart position (#78 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blast Baseball sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and SwingLab AI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $18.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
SwingLab AI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blast Baseball has 323 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 29% of Blast Baseball's written reviews are positive against 100% of SwingLab AI's.
