Tumlo is a private journal for how your body feels, day by day. Log your comfort, meals, water, sleep and stress in seconds. Take one photo each morning. Over time Tumlo shows you what your own record actually contains, without guessing and without telling you what it means. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Daily check-in. Comfort, clothes, water, sleep and stress in under a minute. • Morning photo. One photo a day, placed next to your own baseline, side by side. • Comfort Score. A single number built from what you logged, compared with your own baseline and nobody else's. • Label scanner. Point the camera at a barcode or an ingredients list and see which of the ingredients you track appear in it. • Food search. Millions of products from every country through Open Food Facts, with official Nutri-Score and NOVA labels where they exist. • Patterns. Tumlo counts what clusters in your own entries: evenings, meals, or particular days of your cycle. • Daily plan. A short checklist that adapts to how you actually log. • Timeline. A calendar of everything you recorded, and your photos day by day. • Widgets. Today's score, your streak and your next photo on your Home Screen. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on this iPhone. There is no account and no server holding your journal. No usage-tracking and no advertising SDKs. Only two things ever leave your phone, and only when you allow it: a barcode or search text sent to Open Food Facts, and purchase receipts sent to Apple. You can export everything or delete everything from Settings at any time, and every consent is separate and can be withdrawn on its own. WHAT TUMLO IS Tumlo is a general wellbeing and self-tracking journal. It is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, prognosis, treatment or alleviation of any disease, and is not a medical device. It records what you log.
