IMPORTANT • The ShareVault app is ONLY for ShareVault users with access to an active ShareVault subscription. You will not be able to use the ShareVault app unless you are an activated ShareVault user. DESCRIPTION • ShareVault for iPad provides all of the same capabilities as the ShareVault web application. • ShareVault for iPhone provides mobile browsing, searching and viewing of documents, as well as basic administrator features such as adding users and group. The iPhone app does not yet support ShareVault Q&A, and many of the administrator features are not available due to the reduced screen size. • Compatible with all versions of iPad and iPhone • Optimized for device screen size: On iPad, the application takes advantage of the device's larger screen size by including the full ShareVault functionality, including a split screen category pane and file list with thumbnails, for improved user experience. On iPhone, the app downgrades elegantly to fit the reduced screen size of smaller devices by eliminating the split screen display, thumbnails, Q&A and much of administrator functionality available on the iPad. • Full support of both portrait and landscape screen orientation - just rotate your device, and the display instantly adapts.

About

ClientFlow Command Center

Features

ClientFlow helps consultants turn reviewed client meetings into follow-through packets, reminders, and client history. Use it after a client call to organize the work that usually gets scattered across notes, email drafts, calendars, and memory. Record or paste a transcript, review the on-device brief, check packet readiness, and prepare client-facing follow-up material only after you have reviewed the details. What ClientFlow helps with: - Capture or paste client meeting notes. - Generate a local meeting brief for review. - Track commitments, risks, decisions, and next actions. - Prepare reviewed client packet drafts. - Keep client memory and recent context close at hand. - Add follow-through to Calendar or Reminders after approval. - Use guided sample mode before adding real client data. - Review privacy diagnostics and support details in the Trust Center. ClientFlow is built for independent consultants, fractional operators, agencies, coaches, and service providers who sell and deliver through client conversations. Important: ClientFlow output should be reviewed before sharing with clients. Reliable AI features require compatible Apple Foundation Models availability, and the app keeps review safeguards visible before client-facing export or share actions.
