Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: iFusion Express at 100% against &pizza's 33%. iFusion Express also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). &pizza's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 33) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
