Frustrating experience
There are many frustrating issues with this app. A couple examples. If you forget to log in, put things in a basket and then sign in, your basket is cleared. If you select an ingredient that isn’t available, you don’t know until you view your basket; it will say “Uh oh, basket invalid”. It takes guessing which problematic item you added, removing it and trying again without the invalid option.

Great deals but they don’t always work
I got the pi day pizza pass and it was supposed to give me ten free pizzas. The app keeps giving me issues whenever I try to redeem. I already paid for the deal and any time I try to get a pizza the app has an issue. I did a pizza pass last summer and it was fine. I don’t know why it denies me all of a sudden. Perhaps $3.14 a pizza was too good to be true. Not to mention I get &pizza because of their vegan options but they often don’t have the vegan cheese in stock.

Great Food, Miserable App
The app is oftentimes broken for no reason? Unable to request an account deletion, coupons just randomly disappearing and being unable to be used. Just an overall hassle when an app to order food should be anything but in the big 2026. I love the pizzas, I don’t love trying to work this app.

Horrible app beware of craft your own or modified orders
I didn’t hit “save” after adding each item in Craft Your Own Pizza so I ended up paying $12 for a pizza with just sauce on it and I feel totally ripped off.

Promised time is now 15 minutes over. Watching my 3 pizzas sit here and just get cold as can be. Pretty ridiculous. Not even hungry any more - just mad.
