Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PiyoShogi at 4.8 against Pro Shogi's 4.2. PiyoShogi also leads on review sentiment (76% vs 41%) and ratings volume (124 vs 10). Pro Shogi's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
