Just imagine you want to find out which forces have an impact on a bungee jumper. Or whether the amount of fun you have on a roller coaster differs depending on sitting in the first or the last car. Maybe you want to get to the bottom of the moon landing in 1969. Did it really take place or are the videos just fakes produced in a film studio somewhere on our planet as alleged by several obscure sources? These and other questions about kinematics can be answered easily with NewtonDV. The app analyses the movement of persons or objects in a video using mere physics. All you need is a given film sequence β or record your own video with NewtonDV. Range of functions: - Recording HD and slow-motion videos using the built-in iPad camera (up to 240 fps) - Importing videos from the photo library, Files app, iCloud Drive, or via AirDrop - Rotatable coordinate system for inclined planes or rotated recordings - Displaying measurement data in tables and diagrams - Drawing trend curves - Creating time strips and stroboscopic images - Displaying velocity and acceleration vectors with numerical values - Exporting tables and diagrams as png files - Exporting measurement data as csv files for further analysis in a spreadsheet program - Sharing tables and diagrams via email - Printing tables and diagrams - Light and dark mode

With this program, the values ββof the built-in accelerometer are read and displayed live as the acceleration vector. After starting the App it shows a coordinate system in which the XY projection of the measured acceleration is shown as an arrow. In addition, the X and Y components of the acceleration measured in the direction of the two axes is displayed as each line (green and red). The display of the instantaneous acceleration value of all components is in m / s above the coordinate system. By pressing the "Record" button, you can record the acceleration values. βTo display the recording click on the button "Play". By clicking on "Export", you can send the data with an email to you. In the bottom bar can be reached via the "Settings" on the configuration options. There, the measurement frequency, recording time and the softness for suppressing tremors can be adjusted. Similarly, can be switched off via a slide switch of the influence of gravity.
