ReadyKin vs Dictation Notes

Stop at the door with confidence. Readykin is built around places—smart, location-based checklists so you leave home, work, the gym, or the airport with what you actually need. Plan trips and packing lists, run errands and shopping trips, and keep family lists in sync without juggling a pile of separate apps. PLACES THAT FIT YOUR REAL ROUTINE Create tailored lists for each spot you leave from. When it is time to go, see the right reminders at the right moment—keys, wallet, laptop, meds, or gym gear—so you are not scrambling back inside. WEATHER-AWARE SUGGESTIONS Your forecast helps shape your list. Rain on the way? Grab an umbrella. Bright sun? Pack sunscreen. A cold snap? Add a layer—automatically, so small slips do not become big headaches. TRAVEL AND PACKING Stay organized for weekends away or longer trips. Readykin helps you think through what to pack and what to grab on the way out, with fewer “I forgot…” moments on the road. ERRANDS, GROCERIES, AND EVERYDAY LISTS Keep grocery runs, errands, and bills from falling through the cracks. Mix quick lists with reminders that repeat on the schedule you choose—so everyday life stays under control. APPLE WATCH COMPANION Check reminders right on your wrist with a full-featured Apple Watch app. Complications keep the next thing you need visible on your watch face. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS AND LOCK SCREEN Beautiful widgets show what is next at a glance. Live Activities keep important reminders close on your Lock Screen—open the app less, stay prepared more. MAKE HABITS FUN Earn points, unlock achievements, and keep streaks alive as you complete reminders. Care for virtual pets and plants that grow when you stay on track. SHARE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS Shared lists help households, roommates, and travel crews stay aligned before anyone walks out the door. Dictation Notes turns meetings, interviews, and sales calls you are actually in into live text — and suggests a short line you can say next. Use it for conversations you take part in, and only with any consent the law requires. This is a personal meeting notebook and reply coach, not a tool for recording others in secret. You bring your own speech-to-text and AI API keys. Keys, history, and recordings stay on your iPhone or Mac. The app has no hosted AI credits, no developer backend, and no built-in keys. On-device dictation works without an API key and stays free. Cloud transcription, optional live translation, and AI replies can be tried 20 times, then a one-time lifetime unlock. This is not a subscription. What you can do • See the conversation as text while you stay in the room • Ask for a reply, a summary, a critique, an explanation, or a quick prediction • Set a goal, background notes, and speaking style for this session • Keep history and local recordings on the device • Use 13 interface languages on iPhone and Mac • Connect common AI and speech providers, or your own compatible chat completions API Please record, transcribe, or summarize only where it is legal and you have any required consent. Audio and text may be sent to the providers you configure.
