Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: WFMZ at 4.6 against CRIMEWATCH Mobile's 2.8. WFMZ also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 15 months) and ratings volume (15K vs 41). CRIMEWATCH Mobile's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
