Whenever Works is a simple event planning app that helps groups propose dates, compare availability, and confirm a time to get together. HOW IT WORKS Create an event, share plan details, and poll participants to find the best date for everyone to get together. CREATE YOUR EVENT Describe your event, duration, location, and other important details so participants know what to expect. Include potential dates and times they can choose from. Example: Create a plan for a game night at your place sometime next month, with a flexible start time, and a few date options. SEND A POLL LINK Share your custom link via text, email, or anywhere else. Participants can respond directly without signing in. WATCH THE RESPONSES COME IN Get notified as participants add their availability. You can include a poll deadline if responses are needed by a certain date. SEE WHAT DATE WORKS FOR MOST PEOPLE Review responses, see the most popular date at a glance, and confirm the best option for your event. SHARE YOUR DATE AND ENJOY YOUR GATHERING! Once confirmed, share the final date and time so everyone stays in the loop and the plan moves forward. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
