myTGA vs Inventar Manager

myTGA ist eine Baustellendokumentationssoftware „von Handwerkern für Handwerker“. Die myTGA App macht es möglich, alle Probleme gleich vor Ort auf der Baustelle zu lösen. Auswertbare Bautageberichte, Regieberichte, Behinderungen, Bedenkenschreiben – nichts muss erst noch umständlich ins Büro gebracht werden– alles kann fix und fertig vor Ort erstellt und versendet werden. Die Ausführungs- und Montageplanungen liegen aufgeräumt in den jeweiligen Raumebenen. Ihr Monteur kann die Änderungen ganz einfach im PDF ergänzen. Im neuen Planmodul können Behinderungen, Aufgaben und Klärungspunkte in allen Plänen mit Pins gesetzt werden. So behält Ihr Projektleiter die Übersicht. Mit unserem GAEB-Imports können Sie Leistungsverzeichnisse problemlos einlesen. Wurde der Preisspiegel von Ihnen ebenso übertragen, dann übernehmen die Monteure auch die Bestellung direkt vor Ort. Die Aufmaßapp macht intelligente Vorschläge für Aufmaßlisten – das Büro muss keine Aufmaßlisten mehr vorbereiten – das macht Ihr Monteur jetzt problemlos selbst. Auch bei der Inbetriebnahme Ihrer Anlage erhalten Sie Unterstützung. Ihr Monteur muss lediglich das Bauteil abfotografieren – im Anschluss daran erhält er vollautomatisierte Wartungs- und Inbetriebnahmechecklisten. Klarer Weise werden die vorgenommenen Einstellwerte in das Wartungsmodul übernommen – Ihr Kundendienstmonteur kennt sich somit perfekt aus. Die Wartungsplanung inkl. aller Fremdleister läuft ebenso problemlos über unser System. Das myTGA-System unterstützt Sie sogar bei der Kalkulation der Wartungsverträge auf Einzelpreisbasis. Sollten sich zwischenzeitlich Änderungen vor Ort ergeben haben, dann kann Ihr Monteur im Wartungsmodul diese ohne großen Aufwand anpassen. Alle Daten werden schlussendlich in das Bestandsunterlagenmodul übertragen. Dort können Sie die Daten mit unserem Online-Artikelarchiv verknüpfen. Wenn sich nach der Fertigstellung der Anlage Kundendiensteinsätze ergeben, dann hilft Ihnen unser Auftragsmodul. Im myTGA-Kalender können Sie Ihre Monteure planen und sämtliche Auftragsdaten auf die App schicken. Alles wird selbstverständlich wieder beim Anwesen dokumentiert.
