The clearest difference is rating: SoundEcho at 4.3 against Blindfold Racer's 3.1. SoundEcho also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 71%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Blindfold Racer's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 3) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
