Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Lean at Free against PushFit Pro's $3.99. Lean also leads on review sentiment (89% vs 65%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). PushFit Pro's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 65). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Lean is free to download; PushFit Pro costs $3.99 up front. PushFit Pro sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Lean sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
PushFit Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PushFit Pro has 1.4K ratings behind it against 65, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of PushFit Pro's written reviews are positive against 89% of Lean's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
PushFit Pro ships an update every 3 weeks, Lean monthly. Both last shipped on October 13, 2026.
