Eunomia is your private space for clearer thinking. Speak when you're stuck. Eunomia gently organizes your reflections — what happened, what you felt, what you thought — so you can step back and look at the moment from a calmer angle. A self-guided journaling tool using CBT techniques. Not therapy, not a substitute for professional care. ▸ VOICE OR WRITE Tap to record. Eunomia transcribes on your iPhone using Apple's on-device speech recognition. No voice ever leaves your phone. Or skip voice and write the entry directly. ▸ A STRUCTURE THAT HOLDS YOUR THOUGHTS Every entry follows the classic 7-column thought record: situation, emotions, thoughts, evidence for, evidence against, a more balanced thought, and how you feel after. A calm, familiar structure for looking at a hard moment from a new angle. ▸ PRIVATE BY DESIGN By default, everything stays on your iPhone — audio, transcripts and reflections never leave your device. Cloud AI is strictly opt-in; only if you turn it on is the text of that one reflection sent for processing. Eunomia keeps no copy of your reflections on its servers. ▸ AI-ASSISTED REFLECTION (OPTIONAL) A Premium subscription unlocks Cloud AI for a richer, finer read of your entry. Strictly opt-in. Your text leaves your phone only when you explicitly enable it. Eunomia keeps none of it, and it is never used to train AI models. Cloud AI reflections use a monthly allowance. If you reach it, Eunomia keeps working right on your device, organizing your entry without AI, until your allowance renews next month. ▸ RECURRING THOUGHTS, GROUNDED REFRAMES Eunomia notices the thoughts that come back to you and remembers the best reframes you've ever written for them. Build your own library of balanced perspectives. ▸ YOURS TO KEEP, PRINT, OR SHARE Your journal is never locked inside the app. Export any entry as a PDF or plain text via the iOS share sheet — print a paper copy, keep a digital journal in your notes or files, or share it with someone you trust. Your reflections go where you go. ▸ SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE Fully localized in 15 languages, including English, Polish, German, French, Spanish and Italian. * * * WHAT EUNOMIA IS NOT Eunomia is a personal reflection tool. It is not therapy, not medical advice, not a substitute for professional mental health care, and not a crisis service. If you're in crisis, contact your local emergency number or find a helpline for your country at findahelpline.com. * * * PRICING Free trial: 2 full entries with AI parsing — no payment, no account. Viewing and exporting your entries is free and needs no subscription. A Premium subscription unlocks creating unlimited entries. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. * * * Privacy Policy: https://studiovolt.dev/eunomia/privacy.html Terms of Service: https://studiovolt.dev/eunomia/terms.html Made with care in Switzerland by Joanna Bednarczyk (independent developer, trading as Studio Volt).
