Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: OmniLogic at every 3 weeks against One Percent Baseball's every 4 months. OmniLogic also leads on ratings volume (8.8K vs 21) and device support (4 vs 2). One Percent Baseball's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
