Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Форпост Видеонаблюдение at 3.5 against HitProxy's 2.9. Форпост Видеонаблюдение also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). HitProxy's advantage is review sentiment (45% vs 13%) and ratings volume (426 vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Форпост Видеонаблюдение holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HitProxy has 426 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Форпост Видеонаблюдение's written reviews are positive against 45% of HitProxy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Форпост Видеонаблюдение ships an update every 3 months, HitProxy every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
