Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: mystc KSA at 88% against MBCNOW's 33%. mystc KSA also leads on ratings volume (87K vs 1). MBCNOW's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MBCNOW holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: mystc KSA has 87K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of mystc KSA's written reviews are positive against 33% of MBCNOW's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
mystc KSA ships an update fortnightly, MBCNOW every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
