Prompt Realty
Read full descriptionHide full description
Prompt Realty is the property management app for the people who actually do the work — the superintendent in the basement, the technician in the hallway, and the office trying to see all of it at once. ONE PLACE FOR THE WORK See every open work order and turnover across your portfolio, or just the ones assigned to you. Each job carries its unit, its address, the resident to call, and a checklist that has to be finished before it closes. PROOF, NOT PROMISES Attach before-and-after photos to any task straight from the camera. A job that says it is done comes with the pictures that show it. TURNOVERS THAT DON'T LOSE PAPERWORK Build a make-ready from a template and the template's blank forms come with it — permits, W-9s, insurance certificates. Download the blank, fill it in, and upload the completed copy back onto the same checklist item. The job tells you how many are still outstanding. RENT AND RENEWALS Track what is charged, what is paid, and what is overdue, unit by unit. See leases coming up for renewal before they lapse. BUILT AROUND ROLES An administrator decides what each role sees. A superintendent gets their jobs and their buildings. A property manager gets the portfolio. A resident gets their unit, their lease, and a way to report a problem — and to see somebody pick it up. MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS Reach the resident about the job you are standing in. Get told when work is assigned to you or a message arrives. Prompt Realty requires an account provided by your management company. There is no public sign-up.
