Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: yes+ at 2.1 against HOT CINEMA's 1.0. yes+ also leads on review sentiment (17% vs 0%) and ratings volume (35 vs 2). HOT CINEMA's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
