Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MyUOW holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: nine.com.au has 892 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of MyUOW's written reviews are positive against 27% of nine.com.au's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
MyUOW ships an update every 3 months, nine.com.au every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
