Once the load is confirmed and onboard manage the pickup and delivery forms directly from the mobile app. If physical paper work is required in the process quickly scan/capture those documents, label and send via the mobile app. When you encounter exceptions quickly enter and submit them through the mobile app. CRST Driver SVC helps to keep the process managed and efficient for drivers from start to finish.

Covenant Connect was created and designed to improve communication for our professional truck driver’s experience. We have now added our shop and warehouse employees to this application to further reach our co-workers and provide a single source of company related resources. A collaborative effort within Covenant has led to a multitude of features for our Professional Drivers (such as: safety measures, load information, load assignment confirmations, document scanning, instant messaging, company communications and much more!) and to our Shop and Warehouse employees (such as: company communications, job openings, training videos, HR documents, and much more!).
