Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: My MobileRx at 4.0 against UAVA's 3.4. UAVA's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 21 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
My MobileRx holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UAVA has 42 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of My MobileRx's written reviews are positive against 36% of UAVA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
My MobileRx ships an update every 21 months, UAVA every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
