Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Post9 at 5.0 against Lineup Card's 4.4. Post9 also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly). Lineup Card's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (34 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
