Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Liyun at 4.0 against MWSC's 2.7. Liyun also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 10%) and iOS requirement (7.1 vs 13.0). MWSC's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (73 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
