Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: HEOS at 4.4 against Azimut Discovery's 4.0. HEOS also leads on ratings volume (27K vs 1) and chart position (#196 vs unranked). Azimut Discovery's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
