Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: CardValet at 4.6 against VECU's 3.1. CardValet also leads on ratings volume (19K vs 7) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). VECU's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
