Verdict
The clearest difference is price: ASRA Coags at Free against Antithrombotic Guidelines's $3.99. ASRA Coags also leads on ratings volume (407 vs 5) and review sentiment (9% vs 0%). Antithrombotic Guidelines's advantage is rating (2.2 vs 1.3) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
