Cloudscape SafeSite vs Sitemate

The SafeSite mobile app is used by large scale, heavy construction projects to capture cost, compliance and completion data. This data is automatically pushed to the web-based software, the Virtual Superintendent, to provide a detailed, current and accurate understanding of plant and people safety, material movement, productivity and costs vs. actuals. Install and register the SafeSite app to: * Generate electronic dockets (plant, labour, material or weighbridge) * Answer Fit-for-Work questions * Complete a prestart Machine Checklist * View the site map with overlay designs, drone imagery and plant/people positions * Use the Site Diary to log site events and work progress * Manage driver fatigue and driver compliance * Receive notifications for compliance breeches, e.g. speeding, incorrect breaks * View current machine status * Receive site notices and reminders Once installed, you will need to scan a project specific QR code to begin recording data for the project. The Sitemate App enables any field worker or site visitor to create a free and secure digital ID which they can use to easily signoff, submit and review forms electronically. The Sitemate App's contactless signoff works via the scanning of a workers unique QR code, which can be scanned by any devices default camera to instantly stamp their signature and details onto any form or process - including toolbox talks, tailgate meetings, pre starts and method statements (RAMS / SWMS). The form submission feature of the app can be used by contractors, subcontractors and external visitors for single submission forms as well as by internal staff and operators for ongoing processes including timesheets, pre starts, and JSAs. Each worker with the Sitemate App will have an automated log of all of the forms they have submitted, and they can click on records within this log to view and review the submission/s. Customisable forms can be shared and distributed from Dashpivot to the Sitemate App via QR code posters or one click weblinks - eliminating paperwork, lost or misplaced information and manual data entry. The Sitemate App works exclusively with Dashpivot, which is a digital document automation platform industrial companies use to streamline their processes. Dashpivot is also built and maintained by the Sitemate team.
