Cloudscape SafeSite vs TWMS Mobile

The SafeSite mobile app is used by large scale, heavy construction projects to capture cost, compliance and completion data. This data is automatically pushed to the web-based software, the Virtual Superintendent, to provide a detailed, current and accurate understanding of plant and people safety, material movement, productivity and costs vs. actuals. Install and register the SafeSite app to: * Generate electronic dockets (plant, labour, material or weighbridge) * Answer Fit-for-Work questions * Complete a prestart Machine Checklist * View the site map with overlay designs, drone imagery and plant/people positions * Use the Site Diary to log site events and work progress * Manage driver fatigue and driver compliance * Receive notifications for compliance breeches, e.g. speeding, incorrect breaks * View current machine status * Receive site notices and reminders Once installed, you will need to scan a project specific QR code to begin recording data for the project. Damstra’s free TWMS mobile App allows users to interact with the Damstra TWMS system on the go. The app is suitable for use by: Individuals and Sites. The access you receive will be based on the username and password you log in with. The type of information you can access as an Individual includes: • Current and Expired Competencies and Qualifications • Inductions and Expiry Dates • Online Training • Correspondence • Time Cards • Conduct Site Access Checks • Renew documents from your device • Scan QR code from the back of an TWMS card • Training calendar • Company documents • Gate control Site user access can: • Search for People based on name and skills • View Profiles • On site right now • Site TWMS Hardware status • View Generic Inductions if applicable • Create Help desk Cases • View Time cards • Site Evacuation Lists • Perform on the spot Audits Individuals : Access to a username and password for the app is provided to you by your Company. Your company can access and reset this information in the TWMS Portal at www.damstra.com.au. Once in the portal go to Company -> log in account management -> employee portal accounts. Sites use their own username and password, same as used on the TWMS website.
