TriLog is the personal data logger. Capture mood, energy, focus, and symptoms in seconds — then see how they line up with sleep, weather, habits, and everything else on one timeline. Most trackers ask once a day how you felt, then average it. But the crash hits at 2pm. The migraine lasts four hours. The good morning follows a bad night. TriLog records moments, not daily summaries: every entry has a time, and a whole week sits on one screen, hour by hour. Built for people who already track seriously — energy you have to budget, symptoms nobody can explain, experiments you're running on yourself — and who have outgrown mood journals, spreadsheets, and scattered notes. NEW IN 4.0 • Notes view — every note, tracker entry, and dose from the week in one place. Filter it, or flip to a two-week time-of-day chart. • Forms — log several fields as one entry: a pain episode, a bowel event, a restaurant visit. Start from a template or build your own. • Trials — run an experiment (magnesium, no afternoon coffee), mark the days you missed, then end it Adopted, Dropped, or Inconclusive. • Episode trackers — a headache with a start, a severity, and a stop, drawn as a band for as long as it lasted. • Provider Report — a printable PDF of your sleep, energy, trackers, and forms to bring to an appointment. • Interactive dashboards — export the week chart or your metrics as a web page and explore months on a big screen. • Trio view — a week chart with the three columns you choose. CAPTURE IN SECONDS Capture has to be effortless or it won't survive a hard week. • One tap each for mood, energy, and activity • Quick Track — leave it open and log with single taps • Type a line — "t hd 3", "int coffee" — with your own shorthand • Siri — "energy 3", "mood sad" • Long-press any chart to log at that time; drag a marker to re-time it EVERYTHING ON ONE CLOCK Your entries sit alongside weather, barometric pressure, pollen, air quality, and daylight; Apple Health sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, and workouts; and hour-by-hour Screen Time. Did this week feel worse because of sleep, pressure, screen time, or something you took on Tuesday? WHAT YOU CAN LOG • Mood, energy, and activity throughout the day • Notes — meals with calories, health, journal, cycle • Trackers — ratings, numbers, choices, episodes, traffic lights, titled ratings • Intake — coffee, supplements, medications, with caffeine totaled in mg • Day Launch and Day End — sleep, goals, reflections, routines • Habits — daily checkmarks, no streaks, no scores SEE WHAT LINES UP • Week chart — seven days, twenty-four hours, one screen • Day view, Notes view, and Trio view • Journal — your journal notes and Day End reflections, collected day by day with photos • Metrics grid — sleep, energy, weather, steps, trackers, and trials by day • Analysis — patterns, day ratings, correlations, intake and cycles against your ratings • Free, open-source Mac and Windows viewer PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No third-party servers. No ads. Your log lives on your device, with optional iCloud backup. Export everything, anytime. ONE PRODUCT, NO TIERS Try everything free for 30 days. Then $59.99/year or $7.99/month to keep logging. Cancel during the trial and pay nothing. If you stop subscribing, the app becomes read-only — everything you logged stays browsable and exportable. Demo Mode (Menu → About) lets you explore with sample data first. A LOGBOOK, NOT A DOCTOR TriLog records and displays. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
