The Gentleman's Kitchen is a Caribbean steakhouse located in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Reserve a table. Come often. The kitchen pours back for the guests who show up — and if the floor decides you belong at the chef's private table, a golden envelope may find you. — RESERVE YOUR TABLE — Live availability, straight from the floor team. You'll get a confirmation the moment the request lands, a soft reminder the day before, and a closer one a couple hours out — because the floor doesn't want you rushing. — THE MORE YOU COME, THE MORE COMES BACK — Every visit adds to your TGK Points. Enough of them earns a signature cocktail. More earns a chef's course that never made the public menu. More still, a wine pairing chosen by the sommelier. Points are the kitchen's way of thanking you for showing up. — AN INVITATION MAY FIND YOU — Separate from what you earn. The Society is a small room within the room — a rotating group the floor chooses when they see someone who belongs here. Not something you unlock. Not something points buy. If the chef and the team decide you fit at a private dinner, at the counter for a tasting, or at the whisky night after service, an envelope with a gold wax seal arrives. Open it. Accept or decline. That is the whole of it. — WHAT WE POUR AND PLATE — The Caribbean, plated seriously. Mini lobster rolls with Ossetia Alpina caviar. Crab stuffed shrimp in yuzu Caribbean truffle butter. Smoked wings under Caribbean mango bbq. Apple feta salad over blush-wine-dressed greens. Picanha grilled at twelve ounces. A twenty-ounce Prime NY Strip built to be shared. Rack of lamb, honey jerk marinated and grilled. Jerk chicken over truffle rasta pasta with mango Caribbean bbq. Caribbean oxtail ragù, slow-braised, on fresh pappardelle with aged cheese. Smoked half chicken with Caribbean truffle butter mashed potatoes. Grilled branzino in Caribbean truffle miso butter. Salmon under a passion fruit glaze on green herb risotto. Add coconut curry crab topping to anything worth it. Truffle rasta pasta on the side. Seven-cheese mac. Honey bbq fries. Menu updates the moment the chef changes his mind. — PRIVATE DINING — Take over the chef's counter, the dining room, or the full venue. Curated menus, wine pairings, tableside experiences for parties of eight to fifty. Inquiries route through the same floor team that handles your regular table. — THE ROOM ALREADY KNOWS YOU — Your preferences travel with you. Where you like to sit. What won't work on the plate. The cut of steak that always ends the conversation. The team sees them the moment you walk in — no re-introductions, no menu fumbling. Service that already knows. — FIND US — 847 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11226 (347) 962-2557 @tgknyc on Instagram www.tgknyc.com Restaurant questions: thatstyles@gmail.com
