My work email changed and tried to make a reservation on Resy.
I can’t update my profile because everything, even entering your own cellphone number, in confirming login in or updates revolves around the email a person can no longer access if they leave a company.
I already called the restaurant and made my reservation.
I told them the problem on Resy and they said it is a common complaint and they are considering a change because they also saw that it is nearly impossible to find a support link via the app; and support email is buried in the website.
I do not understand why you cannot contact support via the app; it makes zero sense and very frustrating.
If you are a restaurant, I would reconsider using this service.
If you are a consumer, just call the restaurant and tell them that Resy does not work when your life changes.

Contains Ads
I hate being shown ads. I hate being a captive audience required to see an ad (no other way to book my reservation). Not sure why you’d request a review while you’re running an ad for a predatory credit card.
Text code doesn’t work
The code never arrives in your text messages, super frustrating. It’s 2026 should be able to figure that out by now
Easy and fun
A great reservation app with a list of excellent restaurants, both famous or to be discovered. Easy to navigate, great to find places when you travel, but also fun in your home town, to taste what is going on
Worst reservation app ever made
I have had so many problems with Resy that I just don’t even go to restaurants that use their pathetic product.
Webb kitchen reservations
I always am prepared with reservations for best seat in the house and best experiences.. I love Resy and the Webb

Finding a table has never been worse
Terrible app, UI created by amateurs. Can't find a thing on this terrible poorly half thought out system. Their product development department must be run by morons who couldn't get hired elsewhere. I feel bad for restaurants lured into using this.

Clunky and too many popups
I can’t stand the app. It’s like I have to fight with it to make reservations because it’s too busy trying to steal data and location information about me.
Best reservation app!
I like the interface, easy to navigate, the waitlist feature works well. Everything you need and expect from a solid app you use all the time. Two thumbs up!
Horrible app to create login
I had a resy login 6 years ago and my email changed. There is no way to sign in again as a new email as the resy app wants to respond to the old email that doesn’t exist. The end result is that it’s simply easier to east at a restaurant that doesn’t use resy. I hate the app. Beware restaurants that use resy you are losing potential diners
