Constant bugs
It’s been months and Resy still hasn’t fixed their app. Every time I try to get a reservation through this app, it says “Something went wrong.”

What kind of reservation app doesn’t remove times that are full?
App Flexibility
Resy is really inflexible. Even a month out, with availability still showing, you have to cancel and rebook just to change the number of guests. There should be a simple way to modify the party size without all the extra steps otherwise I like Resy.
Bad app
I downloaded this app and couldn’t even set up an account. After one try it rate limited me… If you want to use this service, I recommend using it online.
Switching guest count doesn’t work
After multiple attempts changing a reservation guest count when an alert pops up does work. Allows the reservation to be created, the guest don’t persist

The Resy app is easily used and efficient. A great option for dinner reservations.

This is my first time booking a reservation and it was very easy. Looking forward to using it more

Antiquated ideas about names
The Village District is the name of the shopping center, not Cameron Village. It was renamed in favor of a more inclusive name. Get with the times.
Glitchy when actually needed
App is fine when you need to book a basic reservation but when you’re actually trying to get a popular place it glitches. This app sucks and I hope restaurants move to something else.

Resy is easy to use and most of restaurants in Manhattan use it as they main reservation system.
