Password reset capability is poor
If it was not for making reservations at The French I would have given up on this app. I requested a password reset code, it expired. Second request, expired. No I did not take a nap, the code was not received. I signed up using another email address and phone number. Get it together, These apps serve your business subscribers and intended as a convenience to existing and new customers.

ENOUGH W THE SECURITY
When you ask for multiple email and text codes when booking a an in-demand “only has reservations for 60 seconds at 10:00am” establishment, you lose your slot. One text code should suffice, by the time it comes to my email my time is no longer available. As a PA, I book reservations for a living. I’ve lost on several this week. Surely a single MFA is enough.

Good app but no points
I like making reservations in advance. The only thing is RESY doesn’t give points even though I am an American Express member
Worst app out here
The app slows down and will ask you to re authenticate exactly the moment you are trying to get a difficult to reservation, even though you had logged in to your account earlier. It will then send an authentication code after 5 mins, by the time all the reservations are gone and u will discover that u were always logged on to your account.

Easy to use and shows places to eat in the area. There are also pictures of the restaurant and the food.
App sucks
This app is terrible. It’s not in a format that makes sense. Took entirely too long to set up, required four attempts to make it work.

A great place to be at. Came here for brunch. It was a good place to be at for spending time with friends and family for a nice brunch. Food was delicious. Service was great. It’s a must try place.
