I found the reservation process somewhat confusing.
Very hard to get on if you are using a new phone or email account
Very hard to use Resy if you don’t remember the account information the link for password reset is buried way way down and you spent half an hour trying to call people after it took half an hour to figure I couldn’t get in finally stumbled on the password change page -

Love this chic bistro!
The atmosphere is delightful- reminiscent of a sweet little patio in Paris! The food is delicious ( omg! The Basque cheesecake!!) and the Violet Spritz is not only gorgeous to behold with fresh mint and yes, not only beautifully violet in color, but delicious and refreshing. The staff and Holly, the Manager, are class A! A very special place to escape to and slow down for a few hours. Always a place I can’t wait to go back to!

Sometimes, I have a tough time.
I have been trying to book on Resy for a couple years. I frequently couldn’t navigate through there app very well. I usually just called the restaurant to make the reservations. I did however get tonight’s reservation and successfully got it through. Just wondering if it was them or me. I don’t have any problems with any other apps.

Making a reservation is so easy and seamless. Very convenient
No inventory
They promise inventory to certain premium card holders if you register and add your card info — NOT TRUE - there’s still no inventory. This is the third time I’ve had trouble w Resy.

Absolutely love this app and the ability to find excellent reviews and great restaurants at our fingertips. We have not been disappointed yet.

Switched to Open Table
Resy removed the one and only restaurant that I enjoyed on their network, So I switched to OpenTable since they have it.
Bring back Avenida Brazilian Steakhouse again and I will rate 5 stars. Otherwise, Resy’s sparse network will no longer be worth it. It’s funny how ONE awesome restaurant made y’all relevant. And then you dropped them. Shameful. I wanted to email this to y’all as to not give you a bad review but your convoluted process for feedback was ridiculous so I just took the most convenient route for I the consumer. Folks, OpenTable has way more options. Resist Resy. They are inconsistent and unpredictable.

Love this app. Use notify me all of the time and had so much success. Def prefer to open table.
Team should note that the app crashes whenever you click on a notify me notification that is no longer available.
Would be nice if app still opened to restaurant page and showed nothing available, or the other times that were. Maybe with alert that says “No longer available”. The complete crash is just frustrating even tho I know it means the res is gone.

Très mauvaise application pour les réservations, difficile de retrouver son compte quand ça fait longtemps qu'on s'est pas connecté. On parle de deux réservations au bar alors que j'avais sélectionner une table. Buggy!
Password Reset
Once rest the screen doesn’t refresh. Cost me a dinner reservation. I thought I was the problem on my iPhone so I asked some one else to try resetting my password; they had the same issue. I can’t wait to tell the restaurant to dump this app. Open Table was way better.

Simple to use, excellent restaurants recognize you from Resy, and easy to modify reservations.
Horrible app
Not sure why all these positive reviews but it’s impossible to log in to the app. It keeps asking for my email address once I keyed in my phone # although I never created an account
